Nihat is a psychologist, member of the British Psychological Society. Nihat has particular interest in applying positive in everyday life. Nihat provides laughter yoga workshops, retreats, one to one coaching in generating happiness and joy in one’s life, also facilitation skills training. Nihat was trained by Dr Madan Kataria founder of laughter yoga, also was trained in improvisational drama, including training with legendary Keith Johnstone (author of Impro).

Laugh Your Heart Out: One Day Laughter Yoga Retreat

 This will be an absolute fun day of relaxation, letting go and surrendering to laughter. We will immerse ourselves into laughter with laughter yoga exercises and laughter meditation.

The day will include laughter yoga exercises that you can practice alone, in your day to day, including yogic breathing exercises.

 Laughter Yoga is an active form of exercise with lots of play and playful exercises.  Also through playing laughter comes easily and effortlessly.

We are breaking for lunch at 1 for an hour. Please wear comfortable clothing.

In the afternoon we are going to spend more time with laughter yoga exercises, including exercises that you can do at home as you go along to bring more laughter into your day to day.

Laughter Yoga for Beginners

This is a special session for people who are new to laughter yoga. There will be an easy and gentle introduction into the laughter yoga practice.

Laughter is a great catalyst to get to know people, relax and have fun. Laughter comes easily and effortlessly through various playful exercises. There is no speaking throughout the workshop except in gibberish, just come along and enjoy.

There is a S$10  (S$5 conc.) contribution for venue hire please pay on the day.

Laughter Yoga Leader Training - Certified Course

Laughter club is like a kindergarten for grown ups" Dr M. Kataria 

 Enrich your life with laughter! If you would like to become a Certified Laughter Yoga leader or would simply like to learn how to integrate more laughter into your own life, join this unique two-day training workshop that just may change the way you live!

After successful completion of this course you will be qualified as a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL), an internationally recognized certification.

As a CLYL, you can lead Laughter Yoga sessions in social clubs and elderly centers, offer Laughter Yoga classes at yoga & fitness centres, present Laughter Yoga workshops in schools or businesses, and integrate Laughter Yoga into your own business practice, instruction, or healing modality.

In this experiential and transformative training will:

Give you a thorough understanding of Laughter Yoga
Enable you to confidently talk about Laughter Yoga and the benefits of laughter
Give you practice creating new Laughter exercises
Help you add more laughter into your life, both with others and by yourself
Allow you to understand and experience the “Inner Spirit of Laughter”
Show you how to release tension in a safe and positive way
Inspire and empower you to start your own Laughter Yoga
Teach you the skills and give you the confidence to teach Laughter Yoga classes (free or paid), both with the general public and special needs groups

Provide an environment in which we will laugh without inhibition and create a weekend of fun memories and new laughter friends
