Understanding Sound Healing
Scientific research shows that everything vibrates, right down from the clouds in the sky down to the ground, whether man-made or natural – everything vibrates; everything moves, nothing stay still. Sound waves have the capability to cause change in our autonomic, immune system, organs, and cells to produce profound healing effect and entering higher states of consciousness.
When a person is ill, it is akin to a musical instrument being out-of-tune. Because our body is organic and dynamic, it is highly flexible and adaptable; it has the power to tune itself by being inspired by harmonic vibrations. When the body is “aligned”, it heals dramatically and through its own process ignites the ability to regenerate.

What is a Sound Bath?
Many of us are accustomed to experience sound through our ears, but when attention is placed beyond the ears, then sound is heard, felt, internally and externally. It stimulates on all levels – physical, emotional, and mental and upon transcending through the mind becomes spiritual.
Receivers are invited to sit or lie down; musical instruments are then played live, near or sometimes on the receiver to cause a vibrational impact on the physical body.
The experience is a harmonic sound massage, slowing the brain waves and vibrationally tuning the energetic rhythm back to the universal harmonic scales. At times the human voice is added to color another dimensional layer.
