WITH REGARDS TO YOUR BOOKING

• We advise clients to come about 5 minutes before the appointment but not more than 15 mins before as we have a small waiting area.
• We reserve the right to shorten the session if the client arrives late for the appointment.
• All sessions are for one client unless otherwise stated. Please inform us if you wish to bring a friend.
• Payment is acceptable by cash, Visa or Nets unless otherwise stated.
• Please call us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you wish to cancel the booking.
• Please call us if you might be late for an appointment so that we can best advise on the arrangement.
• Please note that last minute cancellations may be subjected to a charge of $50 up to the full cost of the session, depending on the circumstance.
